Antler Construction Ltd began as a specialist carpentry company and has grown into a trusted building firm serving Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Our background in precision carpentry means we pay close attention to the details that truly elevate a project.
We believe that great building work comes from strong relationships with our clients, clear communication, and a genuine pride in the quality of our work. From the initial consultation to the final finishing touches, we work closely with our clients to ensure every project is delivered smoothly, professionally, and to the highest standards.
Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your ideas, requirements, and vision for your home. We’ll discuss possibilities, offer practical advice, and help shape the best approach for your project.
We arrange a site visit to assess the property and fully understand the scope of the work. Following this, we provide a clear and detailed quotation so you know exactly what to expect.
Once the project is agreed, we carefully plan the work, organise materials, and schedule the build. Good preparation ensures the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Our experienced team carries out the work with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. We keep the site tidy and maintain clear communication throughout the build so you always know how the project is progressing.
Before handing over the finished project, we ensure everything meets our high standards of quality. We walk through the completed work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with the results.
With Antler Construction, you can be confident your project is in safe and experienced hands from start to finish.
Alex and his team fitted our bathroom, which included changing the orientation of the bath, sink, and toilet, along with the necessary plumbing adjustments. They also installed units, including self-supplied wooden worktops, and carried out a particularly challenging herringbone tiling job. Their workmanship was fantastic, showing true dedication to achieving a professional finish. They were reliable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend them for any future projects.
Bathroom Fitting
Alex and his team were fantastic. Their workmanship was excellent, and they completed several phases of our building project to a very high standard. This included replacing large lintels, building interior stud walls, creating new door openings, installing new bathrooms with sanitary ware and tiling, hanging new doors, plasterboarding throughout the newly renovated areas of the house, and fitting red cedar cladding to a curved extension. They worked conscientiously, meticulously, and kept to the agreed timeline. I would not hesitate to recommend them — we felt very fortunate to have found such a trustworthy and talented team of craftsmen.
Building Project
We are so happy with the workmanship and professionalism we received from Antler Construction. Alex has a unique eye for detail and is a perfectionist from start to finish. He didn’t cut any corners and was quick to spot flaws in our design concept before starting his work on our house. He took care to explain the different joint options when fitting our kitchen worktop and was amenable and adaptable when it came to the renovation of our unconventional 1970s staircase. I can wholeheartedly recommend Antler Construction as a professional and meticulous construction company. A happy customer!
